"Para mí, trabajar con humanos se trata de tener contacto y vernos de verdad para poder construir confianza. Eso significa que debes ser consciente de tus prejuicios y de tu propio estado mental. Esto es muy difícil y no siempre posible para un ser humano. Además, el paciente puede tener malas experiencias con otros humanos, por lo que muchos patrones acumulados pueden activarse en el contacto e influir en la comunicación".
